However, the information furnished by SBI falls far short of completeness. Even if we consider its position with regards to the two silos, it strains credulity to believe that any of these silos did not contain unique numbers associated with the bonds. We are well aware that each bond possesses a distinct number, visible only under ultraviolet light. SBI could have easily provided this information, but it deliberately concealed the unique numbers in both documents.

To further complicate matters, SBI did not supply editable files, making it challenging to analyze the information. Earlier today, I downloaded the two data files from the ECI’s website and spent about half an hour determining how to make them editable. Once I figured out the process, it took me an additional hour to compile part of this information into an Excel file. You’ll notice that I’ve already extracted the names of purchasers of Electoral Bonds from April 12 to 16, 2019, along with the corresponding values.

Extracting the entire dataset provided by SBI will likely take me about two days. If I were working in a team, we could accomplish the task in just a couple of hours. It’s amusing to think that SBI had been requesting months to release this information!

Had SBI provided a complete set of information in spreadsheets, including the unique numbers (which they undoubtedly possess), the world would swiftly know who donated to whom and in what amounts.

Until I complete the task, you have the names of purchasers of Electoral Bonds from April 12 to 16, 2019, along with the total value of their purchases. Note that there were no bond sales on April 13th and 14th, 2019, as those dates fell on a weekend.
